a memory system for agent-shaped work / 01

Where your days
actually went.

Trails turns the coding-agent sessions already on your Mac into a private timeline of projects, working days, and active threads. Nothing to start. Nothing to stop.

01 / the shape of a working day

A memory system,
not a time tracker.

Time trackers ask you to log blocks. Trails reads the exhaust of work already in motion: Claude Code, Codex, omp, and pi.

01

No timer.

Trails reads the session exhaust your tools already leave behind.

02

Your Mac.

One Mac holds your private service, database, collection, and backups.

03

Memory first.

A readable week, not a performance score or surveillance dashboard.

02 / start with one Mac

Start with one Mac.

One Mac is a complete trails installation. It runs the private web app and canonical SQLite database, collects its own coding-agent sessions, and makes a daily backup.

curl -fsSL https://releases.manzanita.dev/trails/install.sh | sh

Existing sessions from Claude Code, Codex, omp, or pi make trails useful immediately.
